How do I set my daily goals?

Go to Settings and tap "Daily Goals" to customize your calorie, macro, and water targets.

How does barcode scanning work?

Tap the + button to add a meal or food, then tap the barcode icon in the toolbar. Point your camera at a product barcode to auto-fill nutrition data. This feature requires Simple Macro Pro.

How does nutrition label scanning work?

Tap the + button to add a meal or food, then use the label scan option to photograph a nutrition label. The image is sent to a secure cloud AI service that extracts the nutrition values automatically. No photos are stored — they are discarded immediately after processing. This feature is currently in preview and requires Simple Macro Pro.

How do I sync across devices?

iCloud Sync is available with Simple Macro Pro. Go to Settings, then tap "Data Management" and enable iCloud Sync. Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account on all devices.

How do I sync to Apple Health?

Go to Settings and toggle "Sync to Apple Health." Your logged meals and water intake will appear in the Health app under Nutrition.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Go to Settings, scroll to About, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings, then "Data Management," and tap "Export Data" to download a CSV file of your meal history.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings, then "Data Management," and tap "Reset All Data." This will remove all logged meals, foods, and preferences from the app. If you have iCloud Sync enabled, data will also be removed from iCloud.
